Job Description:
1. Administrative Support:
- Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, video conferences, and events.
- Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and memos.
- Maintain records and filing systems – both physical and digital.
2. Communication Management:
- Act as the first point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle calls, emails, and messages on behalf of the Director with confidentiality.
- Liaise with senior management, department heads, clients, and external agencies.
3. Project & Task Coordination:
- Assist in the execution and follow-up of key projects and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take accurate minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action points.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports/presentations for decision-making.
4. Travel & Event Management:
- Arrange domestic and international travel, visa processing, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Coordinate logistics for conferences, seminars, and corporate events involving the Director.
5. Confidentiality & Discretion:
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Maintain professionalism and integrity in managing confidential documents and discussions.
