Executive Assistant to Director.

 Qualification: CA / MBA/ BE

Experience Required: Minimum 3 Yrs.

Job Description:  

1. Administrative Support:

  • Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, video conferences, and events.
  • Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and memos.
  • Maintain records and filing systems – both physical and digital.

2. Communication Management:

  • Act as the first point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle calls, emails, and messages on behalf of the Director with confidentiality.
  • Liaise with senior management, department heads, clients, and external agencies.

3. Project & Task Coordination:

  • Assist in the execution and follow-up of key projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take accurate minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action points.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports/presentations for decision-making.

4. Travel & Event Management:

  • Arrange domestic and international travel, visa processing, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Coordinate logistics for conferences, seminars, and corporate events involving the Director.

5. Confidentiality & Discretion:

  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
  • Maintain professionalism and integrity in managing confidential documents and discussions.
