Blow moulding is a process for creating hollow plastic products made from thermoplastic materials. The process has two main components which is first heating & then inflating. The melted plastic is placed between two dies that has the shape of the tank. Compressed Air is then passed allowing the plastic to expand to the shape of the mould. Once the plastic takes the shape of the tank and is hardened, the mould is opened and the tank is ejected. This process of making water storage tanks is examined under Plasto’s expert and made sure that customers get error free products.
